Where are YOU on the mandatory helmet law question?
Should the mandatory helmet law in Missouri be repealed for riders over 21? Slam doesn't think so. He's voiced his opinion in this blog before and feels it's time to reiterate his stance. Bill HB994, which is sposored by Rep. Gary Dusenerg, assumes that riders over 21 who choose not to wear a helmet are aware of the risks they are taking and would give those riders the right to decide for themselves whether or not they want to take those risks.
