A Special thanks to Janie from Florida!

As you know, Slam has started stocking his online store with some really cool apparel and we were discussing what he has and what he wants to add just this morning when the phone rang. Talk about timing....it was from a young lady who was TRYING to be an online customer but was having problems making her purchase. Since Slam's the motorcycle dude and I'm the Web Chik, he turned the phone over to me to see if I could help her out.

It seems that Janie from Florida wanted to buy the short sleeve MotoGuzzi polo shirt for her dad for Christmas and when she tried to add it to her shopping cart, she didn't get the shopping cart page. Since I'd just updated and rearranged the shopping cart, I recognized right away what her problem was and raced back to the Chicken Coop to fix it so she could make her purchase. A lot of folks wouldn't take the time to report the problem, but Janie did and I thought that was a very nice thing to do! I fixed the error and Janie was able to make her purchase. Well, the story didn't end here...

I was on my way to town when Slam gave me a call to let me know he'd received Janie's order, but the price was wrong! Since the wrong price was less than the actual price, I felt awful calling Janie and telling her I'd made another mistake. She showed me what a class act she is by readily agreeing to pay the difference. Wow, she is some cool chik! Slam got her shirt all packed up and ready to ship out to her dad and I got the price changed to what it was supposed to be. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank Janie for 1) shopping online at Interstate Motorcycles and 2) forgiving my mistake because SHE wanted to do the right thing! Janie, I hope you and your family have a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS and that your dad loves his new Interstate Motorcycles/MotoGuzzi polo shirt!
